Cornish Heritage Farms is very pleased to announce the release of two Thomas Kinkade Series Paper Packs in a Masculine theme and *it's a surprise for tomorrow* just in time for CHA Summer 2008.
These paper packs were created with the finished project in mind. We brainstormed the type of projects that we would like to create for ourselves or the other special people in our lives, and then designed a product that would allow for easy use, with stunning results.
The series of papers includes 36 one-sided 8x8 sheets with 18 different designs based on Thomas Kinkade’s original paintings. Each focal painting series has a beautifully coordinated, subtly patterned paper.
Whether you are focused on card making, home décor, scrapbooking or altered projects, these paper packs are going to allow you to create gifts that your friends and family are going to love and appreciate.
The top row of images measure 8x8 inches and are suited to many larger projects including gift bags, wall art, scrapbook pages and altered art.
The second row of images measure 4x4 inches and are all cropped and ready for quick and easy card and gift tags. There are a few images where we have focused in very close to give you a 2x2 image to use as an embellishment on your project, for ATC's or perhaps even jewelry.
I struggle as to what to call the third row of papers! Are they solids? Are they patterned? They are both I suppose - a subtle pattern with colors that are taken from the coordinating painting. These are really quite lovely all on their own. *yum*
Whether you are a Thomas Kinkade fan or not, I hope you will agree that these images will be appealing to the men in our lives - and let's be honest, they often think our paper crafting hobby is a little too full of glitter and ribbon. (At least mine sure does!)
Other aspects of these papers you might find interesting:
-The original colors of the Kinkade painting have been muted substantially to allow for maximum flexibility in your project. If you want to add more color, you can!
-Many of the paintings have been aged, sanded or had subtle patterns laid over top of them to give them a look that is modern and in step with the style of many paper crafters today.
I have one full size image for you today and will be back with my first project tomorrow. This painting is called Perserverance and it just brings out such strong emotions in me. I can see this image pairing very nicely with this set - Motivational Centers.
If you would like to see some other images from this paper pack, please take a tour around the CHF Design Team blog roll on the right column. Stay tuned to Becky Olsen's blog for a Sneak Peak of our next new product tomorrow...

I LOVE the Perserverance! I own that painting, and it hangs in my living room. It's the only TK that's really "spoken" to me! I hope to find it in stamp form soon... (hint hint) :)
